• Thank you SO MUCH for your interest in Bitty Blocks! Our Handcrafted Wooden Decor is of high quality and completely customizable! I am a stay at home mom to an adorable 2 year old, and it is pretty easy to say that she is the inspiration behind Bitty Blocks. Creating these unique, special, and quality products for you is my goal. I handcraft EACH set of blocks starting with cutting the blocks of wood with my father.  I work with my customers to personally design your set of Bitty Blocks, based on your needs. I choose the designs that adorn the sides of the blocks, arrange them to be aesthetically pleasing, secure them, and then seal them to ensure longevity and safe handling. I now offer other wooden products as well-- Blocks, Signs, Bow Holders, Ornaments & Stackable Block Sets!

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?
  If you are not sure about about a particular item, please contact us before making your purchase with any additional questions you may have. We are always happy to answer customer queries or provide additional photos.
  We do not accept returns/exchanges due to the custom nature of our product.

• Pricing-
  
  We offer various Wooden Decor products now! Please see each item for individual pricing. You can see this in my shop at www.etsy.com/shop/bittyblocks  Most products are completely customized to your liking, and I am even able to design new product to fit your needs!
  
  Here is what is included with each block-
  
  FREE PHOTOS!! You may add 1-2 photos per block if you wish. One photo on back or top, if you choose a word/name across the front of the blocks. Or, 2 photos without a word/name (photos would then be front and back).
  FREE COLOR EDGING!! You may choose to add coloring to the FRONT edges or the ALL the edges on the WHOLE block if you wish.  (Current Options are White, Cream, Dark Brown, or Black)
  FREE THEME!! You may choose ONE theme for your set of blocks if you wish. Theme examples- Jungle, Princess, Rooster, Coffee, 
  FREE Chalk Block Option!!! 5 sides are covered in your chosen colors/theme. One sides displays the chalkboard, includes 1 piece of chalk per set. *Please note chalk block option not available for sets with photos, unless on blocks without photos. 
  
  
  **Bitty Blocks are unique, and custom creations. All color, theme, and sticker options are subject availability.   FREE Consultation!!!! Not sure exactly what you want your set of Bitty Blocks to look like, or you just can't quite envision what you want? Contact me and I will be more than happy to discuss your style and even give you design options to choose from! I will also give you different price options to fit your budget.
  
  How To Order Bitty Blocks-
  Please go to www.etsy.com/shop/bittyblocks and choose the item you wish to purchase! Simple! 
  
  Once you purchase, look in the description for the order form to fill out. Please fill it out my order form to ensure clarity as to your EXACT wants for your block set. 
  
  
  Payment- 
  I require payment for shipping AND your block set in FULL before your order will be started. There are NO exceptions. Please do not spend precious time consulting with me about your order if you do not intend to follow through with these requirements. Each order is so customized that I cannot risk a customer not paying me for all the time I've put into an order- especially since I cannot sell the item to anyone else. Thanks for understanding :) 
  
  How long does it take to get my Bitty Blocks?
  Typical turnaround time for Bitty Blocks products is 2 weeks. These products require quite a bit of planning, designing, and assembling on my part to guarantee the outcome is to your liking :)  Once they are completed, I do my best to ship the next day. 
  
  If you need your set by a specific date, PLEASE mention it to me when ordering. I will do my best to accommodate you. 
  
  Shipping-
  I ship Priority Mail or First Class. These options usually allow your Bitty Blocks to arrive to you within 1-3 or 2-5 Business days.  I welcome shipping to Canada or international elsewhere:D
  
  Special Notes-
  1. Sizing of blocks are not customizable at this time.
  2. Bitty Blocks are intended for DECORATION only and are NOT TOYS
  3. Bitty Blocks are sealed with Mod Podge (non-toxic) to ensure safe handling and longevity. 
  4. Bitty Blocks are NOT waterproof.
